The grapes used to make this wine come from the Adelaide Hills wine region where the climate is cool allowing for a longer ripening period to ensure the final product displays all the characteristics enjoyed when drinking a classic Chardonnay. The wine itself has great characters of apple flavour through to a smooth finish on the palate and a good balance of acidity.
